Chris Metzner is an artist known for bold, high-energy work — vivid color and expressive linework built up from traditional ink and markers. He’s also a designer at Funko, developing concepts for major anime franchises like One Piece, Dragon Ball, Demon Slayer, and My Hero Academia.
Outside of studio work, Chris is steadily building his long-running comic, Sincerely Elise, now nearly eight years in the making. When he’s not drawing, he’s hunting down trading cards or shredding on a scooter with his son.
